Corfu

As Corfu was the first elite and cosmopolitan destination in Greece, you will not have to miss the opportunity to go back in time when Kings and Emperors dominated the island. The two Royal Places of Corfu, Achilleion (built by the Empress Elisabeth “Sissy” of Austria in 1891)  and Mon Repos Palaces as well as Corfu's Town Unesco Heritage are the most famous sighteseeing in Corfu.

See the14th century Venetian Old Fortress, Old Port, New Venetian Fortress, Palace of St Michael and St George, Dimarcheio or Town Hall. Visit Achilleion , Saint Spyridon Church, Esplanade Square, Liston, and enjoy a walk through the old quarter, along narrow cobblestone streets known as Kantounia.

Kefalonia

The largest Greek island in the Ionian Sea, Kefalonia is a stunning destination boasting picturesque landscapes, chalk white beaches and pebbly bays that have inspired thousands to visit each year.
Visit Myrtos beach – made famous in the movie Captain Corelli’s Mandolin. See the caves at Drogarati crammed with stalagmites and stalactites. Sail across to Melisanni and above its underground lagoon where the sunlight changes the waters from blue to green and purple. Drop anchor at the fishing village of Fiskardo, grabbing a bite at one of its painted waterfront tavernas.

Zakynthos (Zante)

On the island's east coast, extending in a wide arc along the gently sloping shores of a bay, Zákynthos Town is the capital of Zákynthos. Paved streets and squares, filled with bakeries, cafés, boutiques, and jewelry stores, are still a joy to explore on foot. The town's main church, Agios Dionysios, which houses the relics of the town's patron saint, dates from 1708 and was reconstructed in 1954. For spectacular views over town and the port, go up to the village of Bohali (2.5 kilometers) to the ruined Venetian castle, set in a park with pine trees. This attraction was also largely destroyed by the earthquake, but you can still see the main gate (bearing the Lion of St. Mark, the symbol of Venice), the outer walls, and battlements.

The most famous sight and one that is definitely not to be missed is the Shipwreck - a picturesque beach in the north of Zante.
Nearby the Shipwreck are the Blue Caves; distinctive in the fact that there are only 3 Blue Caves in the whole of Greece.
